CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations & Rescheduling We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us the opportunity to offer the time to another guest. Late Cancellations Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. No-Call / No-Show Guests who miss their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service to the card on file. Late Arrivals If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, you may be asked to reschedule and will be subject to the cancellation fee. Refund Policy All services are non-refundable.
